Processed Foods.

So before I became pregnant I was in the process of giving up all processed foods. Meaning I didn't want my family eating anything not natural. I know this may sound a bit crazy but have you ever looked at the back of the food packages? It is insane how many things they have in there that you can't even pronounce.
We did good for a little bit slowly kicking out all the processed foods in our house and then I became pregnant and for some reason my mind completely skipped what I was trying to do.
Basically what I am going to try and do is make everything that me and my family eat with out over processed products. I am really hoping to stick to it and I think other people should look into this as well.
Not only is it 100% healthier for you in the long run but it keeps all those nasty toxins out of your body. And if you think I am just crazy for thinking of this, just look at the ingredients of your peanut butter. It is a bit disturbing.
I know that this isn't going to be a quick thing in fact, this may take years for me to fully get. But I am going to strive to do with out. This will also mean no fast food.
